| Description |
Series shows the progression of the 1876 Oregon Capitol building from newly built, but lacking portico, grand staircase and State Seal to building with dome, (dome erected in 1893) surrounded by Willson Park. On April 25, 1935, the building was destroyed by fire, started by electrical wiring problems. |
