Description Photographic copies of four drawings of buildings used as Capitols by the Oregon Territorial Legislature.
Views 2-48 is a photograph of a painting by Murray Wade of a building in Salem used in 1854/55 as the Territorial Capitol. Photographs of the original artworks were done by Al Jones, a Salem photographer.
Views 2-50 is the same building drawn by Trevor F. Barrell.
Views 2-49 is a drawing by Trevor F. Barrell of the J.B. Price Building, Linn City (now Albany), which was used by the Territorial Legislature for the 1850/51 Session
Photo #4 - Oregon Institute, later Willamette University. The 1851/52 Session was held here.
